On April 15th, 2011 Al Stahl (NY District Rider Educator) attended to "offically bless" Rick Reardon & John Van Deusen in their endeavor to become Certified Facilitators for the PLP. Congratulations John & Rick - Chapter D is very proud say they are the first certified facilitators to conduct such training in New York State.
